My Client is urgently seeking a highly experienced Administration Manger with proven experience of supporting staff at senior level and managing a team of administrators. The purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support to the Director and manage a team of four support administrators.

You will be managing the effective running of the Administrative Support Team and undertake all duties relating to line manager, you will be  responsible for the day to day management of senior staff diaries, travel, and attending meetings where you will be required to take minutes and then distribute them accordingly.

Experience/Skills required:

  • Experience within Administration Management
  • Strong diary management skills
  • Setting up and maintaining files.
  • Strong communication skills/Dealing with people of all levels
  • Good team leadership skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
