Administration Manager
As Administration Manager you will remain hands on whilst leading, managing and developing a team whose purpose is to provide administrative support to the sales team:
Duties will include;
*General administration
*Training production
*Delegate scheduling
*Accommodation and travel arrangements
*Documentation
*Reports
*Mail outs
As Administration Manger you will be responsible for:
* team management
*quarterly and annual revues and appraisals
*team recruitment
*team meetings
*motivation
*staff development and retention
To be suitable you must have:
*Previous experience as an Administration Manager or Team Leader
*A friendly confident outgoing and professional manner
*The ability to manage multiple tasks and workloads within pre-agreed delivery times
*Excellent people management
