Essential requirements for this Team Admin Secretary role include:
- Previous Secretarial experience
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills – advanced
- Strong telephone skills
- A professional attitude, able to prioritise own workload
You will have experience within the following areas;
- Good Customer service skills, answering calls and dealing with all enquires
- Responding to and processing email enquiries
- Ensuring brochure requests are sent out timely
- Producing mailshots
- Updating websites
- Preparing presentations for management using Power Point
