We are looking for an experienced Telesales / Admin assistant to work within a busy Customer Services Department.

Responsibilities;

  • Receiving and Replying to calls, emails and letters
  • Data Inputting
  • Updating all spread sheets
  • Updating and Filing all paperwork
  • General Admin duty

You will either be from a proven telesales or Customer Services environment. Be comfortable in making cold calls, you must be IT literate, process excellent telephone manner and feel comfortable working in a pressurised environment.
