We are looking for an experienced Telesales / Admin assistant to work within a busy Customer Services Department.
Responsibilities;
- Receiving and Replying to calls, emails and letters
- Data Inputting
- Updating all spread sheets
- Updating and Filing all paperwork
- General Admin duty
You will either be from a proven telesales or Customer Services environment. Be comfortable in making cold calls, you must be IT literate, process excellent telephone manner and feel comfortable working in a pressurised environment.
